Speed Up UX

In the Human Factors in Interface Design course at Olin, teams identify a problem space that has poor UX, identifies user personas, and designs a solution for that group that vastly improves the experience.

Our team picked computer performance and stability maintanence. Our users having the hardest time were Windows users, especially those who weren't very tech-savvy. From interviewing elderly, non-tech students, and others who fit our persona, we designed the Speed-Up Solutions UX through several iterations.
